By creating an account or using any LearningUni product you agree to these terms. If you are under 13, you may not use our services.
You may use LearningUni products for personal, educational, and professional purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse our services, or use them to generate content that violates any law.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Quizzes, learning paths, and other content you create remain yours. You grant us a limited license to store and serve that content as necessary to operate the platform.
Our products use AI to generate questions and explanations. AI output may contain errors. Do not rely solely on AI-generated content for high-stakes decisions.
Paid plans are billed in advance. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support within 14 days of a charge if you believe it was made in error.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LearningUni is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
